Wedding Bells Part I

Gray1

Hi Everyone!
This post is the first of two I will be sharing from a wedding I attended this past weekend in NY. It took place in Throgs Neck on the Long Island Sound, overlooking the beautiful Whitestone Bridge and Manhattan skyline (more to come on this in the next post).
For the rehearsal dinner at a cozy little Italian restaurant, I wore this gray shift dress from Rachel by Rachel Roy found at Macy’s. It was just the thing for a muggy, summer night in the city. The gorgeous light gray color is super versatile, and it has pockets…bonus!! It can be dressed up or down very easily, and with the loose fit, it was perfect for a night indulging in lots of yummy pasta, wine and Italian pastries!
I accented the dress with simple silver sling back sandals and my favorite sparkly heart clutch (great for bridal showers, engagement parties and wedding celebrations).
More to come on what I wore to the actual wedding ceremony and reception in the next post…stay tuned!
XOXO,
Marisa
